Everyone was friendly from the get-go. Had to wait three days for an appointment, but that was fine. The technician was right on time. Told me how rodents get into attic spaces from behind fireplace flashing. He checked the space above my living room and said there was, indeed, evidence of both rats and mice. He told me what kind of bait traps to get. The inspection was free of charge. I will definitely call them if and when I need more help.

We had bees congregating inside the frame work of our house. The technician was very good....professional, knew what he was doing and got the job done without any problem. I asked him if he would use some of our caulking material to fill in the space on top of window frame and he was happy to do this for us.
